Lyrics
Hey! What's that music in the street?
Echoing drums pull my feet
Round and round we go
Spinning lights, they flicker and fade
Faces appear, then slip away
Round and round we go
Green light, red light
It's a blue light parade
Feel the heat, hands in the air
Losing the beat, but I don't care
Round and round we go
Tell me to move, show me the way
Step to the left, spin and sway
Round and round we go
Step to the left, step to the right
Dance downtown in electric light
Faces been passed, shadows collide
Catch a little spark at the edge of the night
Round and round we slip and sway
Losing ourselves in the cabaret
Trumpets shout, fiddles play
Chasing our feet 'till it flies away
